  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary based on destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $75 within the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. While we will assist in resolving the issue, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in all cases.
  • Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or customs clearance.
